• International Examination Preparation: Coaching for IELTS, TOEFL, GMAT, and GRE.
• Overseas Educational Advisory: University identification, application roadmap planning, and documentation support for study abroad destinations.

2. Advisory Nature of Guidance (No Guarantees)

Pinnacle Global Academy acts solely in an advisory and educational capacity. We explicitly do not guarantee:

• Specific examination scores or band outcomes, which depend exclusively upon the individual student’s test performance and independent examiner evaluation.
• University admission offers or course placements, which remain the sole prerogative of sovereign university admissions committees.
• Student visa approvals or work authorizations, which are decided strictly by sovereign government immigration authorities and embassies.

3. Accuracy of Student Information

Students and prospective applicants agree to provide authentic, verifiable academic transcripts, personal records, and test histories. Pinnacle Global Academy does not support or participate in the submission of fraudulent credentials.

4. Free IELTS Mock Test Registration

Submitting a Free IELTS Mock Test registration request via our website does not constitute an automatically confirmed reservation. Seating and appointment slots are subject to physical availability and will be confirmed via phone or email by our coordination team at Nungambakkam.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, branding materials, and original content published on this website are the intellectual property of Pinnacle Global Academy or used under informational reference. Standardized test names (IELTS, TOEFL, GMAT, GRE) are registered trademarks of their respective owners (British Council/IDP/Cambridge, ETS, GMAC) and referenced solely for descriptive educational purposes.

6. Jurisdiction

Any inquiries or legal disputes relating to services provided by Pinnacle Global Academy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
